How it works

Use Face & Tape as part of your nightly routine for a full 30-day usage period. If after consistent use you do not notice a visible difference, you may request a refund. This guarantee applies specifically when you have used the product as directed but do not see results.

The 30-day period refers to usage, not the delivery date.

Results Guarantee Conditions

  • The product must be used for a minimum of 30 nights
  • Recommended use is 5–6 nights per week
  • Tapes must be applied to a clean, dry skin
  • Refund requests must be submitted after completing the 30-day usage period and within 7 days thereafter

Important to know

Results may feel subtle during the first days or weeks. Face & Tape works cumulatively by supporting skin relaxation and recovery over time. For most users, visible improvements develop with consistent use.

Return Policy

We want you to feel completely confident with every Face & Tape purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Our return policy is built on honesty, flexibility, and a genuine desire to make things right.

Please note: this 14-day return applies to unopened, unused products.

How to Return

To request a return, please contact our team at contact@faceandtape.com and include:

  • Order Number
  • SKU / Item Name and color
  • Reason for Return

Returns Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return for unopened and unused items. Once your return has been approved, you have a further 14 days to ship the item back to us.

Returns Conditions

Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.

Right of Withdrawal

In addition to our return policy, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery.

Important Note

Refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are not covered by Face & Tape.
